TERMS AND CONDITIONS We are always willing to do our best to assist customers that must cancel due to emergency situations. However, we are bound by the varying rules and regulations of each individual supplier. We pay them immediately after receiving your funds. Any refund after that point, are done at the discretion of the supplier. We cannot issue refunds that are not approved by the suppliers. There will be no refunds for any trip canceled less than thirty days prior to date of departure. Trips canceled more than thirty days prior to departure will be subject to a $100.00 per person penalty. We are not responsible for the failure of any conveyance to arrive or depart on time, and any subsequent loss of reservations or other expenses incurred as a result of same. The owners and employees of Costa Rican Travel Exchange Inc. and SmartCostaRica.com are not responsible for any injuries (including death) while riding in any conveyance arranged by our company, or on any tour arranged by our company. Customers are aware that there are inherent risks in any travel experience, and agrees to hold seller blameless for any loss experienced while traveling. COSTA RICAN TRAVEL EXCHANGE INC. STRONLY URGES THAT ALL TRAVELERS PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE AND VERIFY COVERAGE WITH YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDER. PRICING
All prices are quoted per person, Double Occupancy. If you wish to travel as a single, substantial single supplements will apply.
THE KIDS ARE FREE!
In some hotels, a small upgrade may be required. This is usually very inexpensive, and is done soley for the comfort of the group or to enable more bed space. When this becomes necessary, all will be discussed at the time of booking.
Up to two children under 12 are allowed at no charge when sharing a room with two adults. When only one adult is traveling, the first child shall pay the adult rate. When a single adult is traveling with three children, the oldest child will be considered an adult, and two more children under 12 shall be allowed to travel at no charge.
